RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We are a wholesale priced store of commercial grade products and have a low prepaid shipping minimum. Because of this, all sales are final and non-returnable or refundable. Be sure to double check your order for the correct size and colors before submitting as we can’t authorize a return for products ordered incorrectly.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS: We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of any defective product. Any defect claim must have defective evidence and include photos to support the claim. You will also need us to contact Customer Support so we can authorize the return claim with a DMA (Defective Merchandise Authorization) before return shipping. Refunds and exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we have received the return.

You MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY defective item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your products was damaged during shipping transit you must contact Customer Support immediately upon receiving the damaged merchandise and include photographs of the damaged item and box that it arrived in. Please inspect your merchandise upon receiving it. Delays in contacting us beyond 5 days of receiving damaged merchandise will not qualify for a damage claim.

INCORRECT ITEMS:
If an item received is incorrect please contact Customer Support immediately for return of incorrect item and replacement for correct item.

CANCELED OR REFUSED ORDERS: If you cancel your order for any reason after it is shipped, refuse it from being delivered, provide an incorrect shipping address or do not make plans to receive your package after 3 delivery attempts and it comes back to us, you will be responsible for all actual shipping costs including our actual internal outbound and return shipping costs and be charged a 20% restocking fee. The shipping costs and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

MANUFACTURE'S WARRANTY: All equipment sales fall under the individual Manufacturer's Warranty. This includes polishers, buffers, Tornador, pad washers, ozone generators, extractors, water filter units, metering systems, chamois wringers and all other products sold by WholesaleDetailingSupply.com.
